So this is my go-to dip for any party. It's delicious, easy and always a hit.Here it is!
1 can white showpeg corn
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (or less depending on your taste) Mayonnaise
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 - 1/2 finely chopped sweet onion
Salt and Pepper
Combine all ingredient and chill, salt and pepper to taste. Eat with tortilla chips and your welcome!
yummm. maybe if I buy the ingredients, you can make this for the ole miss game??!!

ReplyDeleteThis dip has saved my life! I am perpetually running late and it is such an easy recipe to whip together in a hurry. Everyone ALWAYS loves it! I recently prepared it for a group of friends that were gathering to watch the Alabama Tennessee game and someone thought it was supposed to be heated_I obviously was too caught up in the game to correct the mishap; however it turned out very well. Now I warm it up every time and skip the chill portion of the recipe (again perpetually running late and it cuts down on prep time) Thanks Renee!
